With members of the administration and managerial staff and teaching staff, Osh State University's professional union is currently one of the largest public organizations in our country. The university has an 80-year tradition of professional education and scientific research. It entails conducting public oversight of adherence to employment-related regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The trade union develops and proposes activities and oversees their execution in accordance with the Collective Agreement that was adopted between the trade union and the rectorate of Osh State University. This agreement also covers the legal and social protection of the labor community, the organization of employee rest and health protection, the support of sports, etc.
